Renew your membership at the next meeting to Maintain your League status.
PRCC memberships can be renewed at the next meeting. To maintain your PRCC membership and your entries on the league members will need to renew before the first meeting in February 2012.

As well as renewing your BRCA membership on line you can also renew your BRCA membership with PRCC at the next meeting.

Projects
Looking ahead we are making preparations to improve the PA system to increase coverage on the site and remove the background noise that we suffer. An extra amplifier has been bought to run a new set of speakers. It is planned to introduce the new system in the new year.

The main item of agreement was the change to the Committee membership.
Paul Tonks agreed to step down as Chairman allowing Mark Hancock to take up the post.
Adrian Chester is to take the position of Vice Chairman with Paul Tonks continuing on the Committee as Treasurer/Club Secretary. Gary Ogilvy would take up the fourth position on the Committee as Race Director.

The future of the club is in the hands of a new committee who’s plans are to bring fresh ideas and a new energy into developing the club.
